Found Seashell Appliance Repair when my water heater decided to quit on me. Just a quick online search and boom, there they were. Anyway, I gave them a call and they were at my place in Miami Beach, FL, the next day. The technician, Greg or Gary—something like that, was super personable and knew his stuff. He got right to diagnosing the issue with my Rheem water heater. Turns out, it was a heating element that needed replacing. Dude had the part with him, which was a relief.
Price? Fair, definitely not overpriced like some others. What I really liked? The guy took the time to explain what was up in simple terms. Now my water heater is running smooth again, and I’m just glad I didn’t have to take freezing showers anymore.
Would recommend without a doubt if your water heater decides to act up. They’ll fix it up, no fuss.
